Brands and companies / Company store
The company store. Your people order, we do the rest.
A company store for your employees or dealers: a real webshop, built and run by GEKKO Agency on Shopify. Your people log in, pick from the range you approved and receive their order at home or at the office, from our warehouse in Rotterdam. Stock, reorders, returns and customer service are ours, as in the 140+ stores we have built since 2013. Brand and budget stay yours.

What does every company store include?
Login per employee or dealer, a clothing package per role, reorders from stock in Rotterdam, delivery by name, returns and customer service by GEKKO, and reporting for you. Everything beyond that, such as budgets, approval, size registration and integrations, is set up per company. The store runs on the same Shopify set-up and the same warehouse and fulfilment as every store we run.
Who works this way?
Jägermeister works this way: GEKKO Agency runs its consumer store and the B2B portal through which markets worldwide order, from the same warehouse in Rotterdam.

What else do companies ask?
Can an employee order within a budget or with points?
In a GEKKO Agency company store, a clothing package per role is standard. A budget or points balance per employee is set up per company, depending on how your organisation works.
Can a manager approve orders?
Approval by a manager is set up per company. In the first conversation we decide which rules you need.
Are sizes registered?
Employee sizes can be recorded, per company and within the privacy rules you set.
Who owns the brand, the domain and the customer data?
You do. Your brand, your domain and the customer data are yours; GEKKO Agency builds and runs the company store for you.
Who invests in the stock?
Agreed per project. The stock sits in our warehouse in Rotterdam and your reporting shows what is there and what needs reordering.
How does pricing work?
There is no price list. The range, the set-up and running the store are quoted per company, in one total quote before we start, and a demo comes first if you want one.
How is the clothing checked?
Every piece is checked at the production partner and again in Rotterdam against the approved sample, before it goes into stock for your store.
Can the store connect to our HR or finance software?
Integrations are discussed per system; we only promise what we have tested. Reporting and invoicing are set up so your administration can work with them.
From how many employees is a store worthwhile?
As soon as reorders, sizes and locations cost more than an e-mail per order. That does not have to be a large company.
