For brands and companies

Clothing and merchandise your people actually wear.

GEKKO Agency designs and produces corporate merchandise and clothing for brands and companies in the Netherlands and across Europe. Designed for your brand, not picked from a catalogue, and produced with fixed production partners, with development, sampling and quality control by GEKKO. Shipped from our own warehouse in Rotterdam and reordered through your own company store, one of the 140+ webshops we build and run.

How does a company store work?

Your people order. We do the rest.

A real webshop, built and run by GEKKO on Shopify. Your team or your dealers log in, pick from the range you approved, and receive their order at home or at the office, shipped from our warehouse in Rotterdam. Stock, reorders, returns and customer service are ours. Brand and budget stay yours.

Which certifications and quality checks do you offer?

Certifications such as GOTS and OEKO-TEX, and SMETA audits, are available per production and issued to the production house. We tell you which apply to your production, and we show the scope, not a row of badges. Quality control happens at the production partner and again in Rotterdam before anything ships.

What do we not do?

We do not print single pieces from a catalogue, we do not supply safety workwear to norm, and we do not rent or launder clothing. If that is what you need, a specialist will serve you better, and we will say so.

What else do companies ask?

What is the minimum quantity?

At GEKKO Agency it depends on the route. A fully custom garment has a minimum per style, because fabrics and trims are made for you; an adapted model from our range is quoted per project; reorders through the company store go per piece from stock. We name the exact minimum in the quote, before you commit.

How long does a first order take?

Indicatively: about two weeks for sampling, four to eight weeks for production and two weeks for transport, depending on the project and the materials. Reorders from stock in Rotterdam ship within days.

Do you handle sizes, fits and large sizes?

Yes. The size range and the fit are set with you during development, and you approve a fit sample before production. Extended sizes are part of the range when your team needs them.

Can employees order within a budget?

Yes. Each person logs in to the company store and orders from the range you approved, with a clothing package per role where you want one. Budgets and approval flows are agreed per company.

How does pricing work without a price list?

There is no price list, because every piece is designed and produced for you. You get one total quote before we start, based on the pieces, the quantities and the route, with samples and other conditions agreed in advance. A price indication first is possible too.

Which certifications can you provide?

Certifications such as GOTS and OEKO-TEX, and SMETA audits, are available per production and issued to the production house. We tell you which apply to your production and show the scope, not a row of badges.

Do you deliver to several locations or countries?

Yes. From our own warehouse in Rotterdam we deliver to your locations, or per person through the company store, in the Netherlands and to 36+ countries.

Is corporate clothing tax-deductible in the Netherlands?

Often, under conditions set by the Dutch tax authority, for example a logo of a minimum size or clothing that can only be worn at work. We design so that it fits; your accountant decides how it is booked. GEKKO does not give tax advice.
