GEKKO Agency's own warehouse at Van Graftstraat 10 in Rotterdam ships more than 100,000 parcels a year to 36+ countries, from the same stock that feeds the stores, the tours and the company portals. Merch fulfilment, or merch fulfillment if you spell it that way: storage, packing, shipping, returns and customer service, under one roof with the studio.

What about tours, events and portals?
Tour stock leaves for the right venue on the right night and comes back to be counted. Event stock is on site and online from one inventory. Orders from a company store ship to the employee at home or to the location. One stock, one truth.

Where is your warehouse?
GEKKO Agency's warehouse is at Van Graftstraat 10, 3088 GL Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Our own, under the same roof as the studio and the customer service. Visits by appointment.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders from stock leave Rotterdam within days; exact cut-off times and service levels are agreed per store, and drops are planned so the stock is on the shelf before the launch.
Do you ship worldwide and handle customs?
Yes. 100,000+ parcels a year to 36+ countries, with the customs documents and the tracking that go with them.
Can you hold tour stock and restock venues?
Yes. Tour stock leaves for the right venue on the right night and comes back to be counted. Event stock is on site and online from one inventory.
Do you only fulfil what you produce?
No. Products you already have are welcome, as long as they come in counted and checked into our racks. Doing both is simpler, because it is one stock.
