What we make.

GEKKO Agency develops and produces the categories a clothing brand sells, from jersey and fleece to woven, outerwear, denim, knitwear, headwear, bags and accessories, plus the promotional items and point-of-sale material that go with a launch. Fabrics come from our library or are developed for you, from 250 pieces per style per colour in custom fabrics and colours, with development, sampling and quality control in Rotterdam.

What else do brands ask?

Do you have a fabric library?

Yes. The GEKKO Agency library holds single jersey cotton, cotton blends, organic cotton, recycled fibres, bamboo, washed and stonewashed finishes, unbrushed and brushed fleece, diagonal fleece, diagonal terry, backbrush fleece, piqué, woven twill. Custom development where the brand needs it, from 250 pieces per style per colour.

Which decoration techniques do you offer?

Embroidery, 3D embroidery and EVA foam embroidery; screen print, puff print, discharge print and high density print; embossing and debossing; stitching details and constructions; woven, printed and custom labels, trims; washes and finishes; packaging.

Are the minimums the same for every category?

The starting point is 250 pieces per style per colour for anything with a custom fabric or colour. Smaller numbers are possible, agreed per project, with locally printed or embroidered blanks with a neck print or an embroidered neck label, or occasionally leftover fabric from an earlier production. Minimum order quantity and lead times.

Is everything made to measure, or can we start from an existing block?

Both. A finished tech pack goes straight to pattern and sampling; a reference garment or a block from our development library shortens the road to the first sample.

Can you also make the packaging?

Yes. Labels, tags, polybags and cartons are part of development, so the piece arrives the way the brand wants it seen.
